Ingredients for approx 4 people:
For the glass:
2 medium zucchini (one with skin and the other are so that it is not bitter)
1 clove garlic
150gr peeled shrimp (can be frozen)
300gr of fish stock (homemade or brick)
50gr of milk
30gr of oil
For the Varoma:
Peeled and sliced potatoes
Two hake fillets
a splash of oil
1.- Cut the vegetables in the Thermomix during 4 seconds in speed 4, and put the rest of the cream ingredients in the glass.
2.- Place the thermomix lid and the varoma in position with the potatoes and fish and program 25-30 minutes, Varoma, spoon speed.
3.- Once the time is up, remove the Varoma container and shred the ingredients from the glass to finish preparing the cream during 1 minute in progressive speed 5-10.
Note: “I always do the fish in papillote so that it is cooked with its sauce, so I wrap it with albal paper, I use the potatoes or apple slices as a base and on top I put the fish with its drizzle of oil and salt, its juice Lemon, parsley… is another way to do it. ”
