  • Ingredients for 6 people:
  • For the couscous:
  • 300 gr of precooked couscous

  • 600 gr of water
  • For aromatic herbs:
  • 1 bouquet of parsley
  • 1 coriander or mint corsage
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • For the vinaigrette:
  • 100 gr of lemon juice
  • 40 gr of oil
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • 1 small onion or 2 scallions
  • 100 gr of black olives
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Further:
  • 2 diced red tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers cut into slices to put base and in taquitos to mix with the salad.
Steps to follow
