Stuffed mussels or Tigers

1kg of mussels
1 liter of water
1/2 lemon
1 hour of laurel
60gr of butter
350gr of milk
90gr of flour
1 large onion
3 garlic
1 chilli pepper
To batter:
bread crumbs

1.- Clean the mussels, remove the beards. Put in the glass 1 liter of water and program 5 minutes, varoma, speed 2. When it is hot, put the mussels in the Varoma bowl along with the juice of 1/2 lemon and a bay leaf. Cover and continue cooking until they open. Remove the mussels and discard one of the shells of each of them.
2.- Separate the meat from the mussels, empty the thermomix glass and make the mussels' bodies. Cut them 2 seconds at speed 4 or cut them into pieces with scissors. Reservation.
3.- Enter now the onion and garlic and chop it 4 seconds at speed 4. Add the butter and saute programming 12 minutes, Varoma, spoon speed.
4.- Add the mussels cut into small pieces and the chili pepper in two, Stir 4 minutes, Varoma, left turn and spoon speed.
5.- Add the flour, 5 minute program, varoma, left turn and spoon speed, and when you see that the flour begins to toast, slowly pour the milk until it thickens.
6.- Put the mixture in a bowl and let cool.
7.- Fill the mussel shells with this dough, batter with flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry.
