Potatoes stuffed with prawns

What a kitchen click I have ... I'm going to have to raise the category: The truth is that now that I am fully studying (and there is no date of examination yet) it is phenomenal for me to have Vicky to throw my whole arm and not just a hand.

And to all of you I already warn you that we have to prepare a special Christmas ... We get to it since it takes less than a month for the big party.

Ingredients for 6-8 medium potatoes:
100gr of mushrooms
100gr cheese to grate
100gr peeled prawns
200gr of liquid cream
50gr onion
50gr of oil
Salt and pepper


1.- Grate the cheese 8 seconds in 5-10 speed and reserve.
2.- Put half a liter of water in the glass and heat 5 minutes, Varoma temperature and speed 2.
3.- Meanwhile, Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and place upside down in the Varoma bowl. Put on the glass and program 20 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1.
4.- Let cool a little and empty them with a spoon or a punch. Reservation.
5.- Throw the water from the glass and chop the onion 4 seconds, speed 4.
6.- Add the mushrooms and oil and sauté for 5 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.
7.- Incorporate half the extracted potato meat, cream, shrimp and some grated cheese, season and mix 3 seconds in speed 3.
8.- Fill the potatoes, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and gratin a few minutes in a strong oven.
